When you submit a contact form or schedule a call, we may collect:
- Full name and company name
- Work email address
- Phone number (optional)
- City and state / province
- Service interest and project message
- Technical metadata: IP address, browser user agent, form submission timestamp
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose of collection
We collect this information exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry about our engineering services
- Schedule and conduct a discovery call
- Conduct business communication relevant to your request
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party tools
- Calendly — used for scheduling discovery calls. Your scheduling data is governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — our web hosting and email provider. Data is processed on servers in compliance with their data protection policies.
- Google Tag Manager — may be used to manage analytics scripts. No personal data is sent to GTM without explicit configuration.
5. Data retention
We retain contact inquiry data for up to 24 months for the purpose of business follow-up. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@be-box.pro with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. SMTP credentials and configuration files are protected by server-level access controls and are never exposed publicly.

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our contact forms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
